Juliet Burry, MD
As a pain management expert at the Pain Management Institute of Orlando in Altamonte, Florida, Juliet Burry, MD, combines her background as a pharmacist with her training as a medical doctor and anesthesiologist to offer highly customized pain management programs to her patients. Her goal is to help patients lead pain-free, healthy lives by providing services that not only ease or eliminate their pain but heal the underlying condition causing the pain.
Dr. Burry is a sixth-generation Floridian, born in Miami and raised near Homestead, Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree and graduated magna cum laude with her doctorate in pharmacy at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in Orlando.
After spending time working as a registered pharmacist in Florida, Dr. Burry returned to school to complete her medical degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She served her internship at the university’s College of Medicine’s department of community and family health before completing her residency in anesthesiology at Shands Hospital in Gainsville, Florida.
Dr. Burry went on to complete rigorous fellowship training in pain management at the University of Florida’s department of anesthesiology at Moffitt Cancer Center and Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
Today, Dr. Burry is a member of the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine.
Sam Hargrove, PA
Sam P. Hargrove, PA-C, is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. He attended and received undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida (formally Florida Technological University). Graduated from University of Florida College of Medicine PA Program in 1978.
PA Hargrove is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, where he graduated from high school prior to entering into the U.S. Navy in 1959. He served 10 years as a Hospital Corpsman, and Clinical Laboratory Technologist prior to Honorable Discharge in 1969.
PA Hargrove is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and America Academy of Pain Medicine. He also has served as Past President of the Tri-County Sickle Cell Foundation.
